The Forward Planning & Design team has experience with public and private projects throughout the State of Florida, with extensive experience in Citrus, Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, Polk, and Hillsborough counties, including several municipalities within these counties.
FORWARD understands the planning and redevelopment issues facing each County and Municipality and has the local knowledge to obtain project approvals. Our team understands the local policies and regulations needed to shape development to meet our clients’ vision.
FORWARD understands the requirements of each municipality which reduces time wasted on resubmittals.
The Forward team has experience reviewing, writing, and amending Comprehensive Plan Policies, Land Development Code Regulations, Long-Range Transportation Plans, Conceptual Plans, Master Plans, Mobility Plans and Route Studies.
We also have provided designs for several types of development, including Industrial, Multi-Family, Single-Family, Commercial, Office, Recreational Parks, Trails and Amenity Centers.
